Broken Codes

So, I've recently hear there's a new code RAMADANKAREEM so i decided to use it. When i use it it says that the servers are busy and there's too much redeem requests. Back after 5 minutes i decide to redeem it but it says I've redeemed it, and i Didn't get any pack.
