Bug from Pitch beats

Hello.

Yesterday, i was ready to claim 107 Son from Pitch beats for 1250 shards. (I have proof that I had about 1300 shards). BUT,  When I wanted to exchange Pb players into shards, I just couldnt, It said some error. I had shards for taking him, stable WiFi, No VPN. It just robbed me... month of the grind... Im very angry and also sad, because I spent crazy month just to get nothing???. I would be Very, Very Grateful If I could get some compensation because I couldnt claim it cause there was some bug... Please, Please. I have a Proof of everything. PLS EA.
