Frosty challenge

Hey I completed some of the games in the frosty reward for the gems and then rank up points… then when I back out to the Home Screen the gems and rank up tokens I won army their… this has been happening for months, I have been reopening, relogin in to my account and deleting and reinstalling, can I get some help?
