CANNOT ENTER THE GAME!!! HELPP

After update Anniversary 26, I cannot enter the game.. its a never ending loading. I guess it is EA Account is the problem. Because when I re installed and play as guest, it could enter the game. But, when I switch to EA Account, it cant load anymore just like before
