System Memory (RAM): 4 GB physical RAM — Exceeds the 1.7 GB baseline.Software version: Android 15 — Exceeds the Android 7.0 minimum requirement. Requested Action:This block is not a hardware performance limitation, nor is it a software incompatibility issue. It is a blanket device-string whitelist error on the EA backend database that is falsely filtering out the newer OPPO A-series model lines regardless of their actual physical processing capability.Please flag this hardware signature (Oppo A5x running Snapdragon 6s Gen 1) to the mobile development team so the device manifest string can be updated on the game servers. After the update, i noticed that during a match, the cut scene transitions causes screen tear or frame rate drops. I’m playing on an iphone 14 pro, and my device is cooled so i know it isn’t a device issue because before the update the game wasn’t like this. The match server connectivity was an issue before, but after the update i noticed it worsened. Now every match is high ping, packet loss. I have ran diagnostics on my ISP, and they’re not the problem. Please, please optimize your game.
