Failed matchmaking

Hello EA Support, I am experiencing a login issue with EA SPORTS FC Mobile 26. After performing a factory reset on my Android 11 device, I downloaded the game again from Google Play. However, when I open the game, I immediately receive a "Login Failed" error message before I even get the option to choose how to sign in (Google, Facebook, or EA account). This means I cannot reach the account selection screen at all. I have already tried clearing cache/data, reinstalling the game, updating Google Play Services, and using different networks, but the problem persists. Could you please confirm if this is a server-side issue or something related to my device setup? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.Double payment processed
An extra 99 rupees has been debited because of a glitch from fc mobile , in the scoring streak pack , I purchased once , got the reward , but the thing didn't unlock 🔓 so i purchased again , it processed the payment but no reward was recieved, hope I either get refund or the player pack of the respective reward , fc mobile ID- kd_4335.
