Cannot Exchange Gilberto Silva in Ginga Exchange 3rd Anniversary event

Hello, I recently purchased Gilberto Silva via the market. Activated him and received 100xp, making him untradeable. Tried to exchange him in the Ginga Event of 3rd Anniversary, but he isn't listed there. He isn't in any lineups including Gauntlet lineups. I have tried several troubleshooting steps like restarting the app, Wi-Fi and my phone. Clearing the app cache and data. Checking my internet connection, as well as, phone storage. None of it worked. This player should be available to be exchanged because the exchange page itself lets you go to the market directly to acquire him. Attaching helpful screenshot and my device information.
