Can't link FC Mobile account to EA account
Hello! The link account option does not appear in the settings. I have attached a screenshot.

When the 'Link Account' option doesn't appear, it usually means the account is underage. There are restrictions in place for underage accounts to help protect them, and linking accounts is one of those limitations.
Could you double-check the date of birth on your account?
