So after people paid money for the Captains Pass the first mixed player pack changed to untradable! See photo evidence. This is bait and switch and is illegal in most states if not 100% of states. I’ve submitted a refund request through Apple as this is not right! I bet lots of folks bought the pass immediately to sell that player. At least those players should be eligible for the Captains 90 OVR exchange.
@smsredbulls I agree. Hope you don't get banned. In previous seasons players reported they got banned from the game after requesting a refund.
Well I don’t request a refund for all purchases but this one is particularly egregious. This is a violation of basic contract law. There was an offer and I accepted the offer of a sellable 88-92 mixed version pack. I’d have been happy with a sellable 88 because that was the risk I accepted. I didn’t accept an 88-92 unsellable worthless player. They switched the deal after I accepted the original offer. That is not legal and I am certainly due a refund without retaliation.
