This problem has been sorted out now, I appreciate your help and understanding.
as far as I am aware the problem was at your end and nothing to do with me,
as far as the information that you wanted prior to this problem being resolved
wouldn’t have been much use to me or you, why would my user ID help resolve anything
and how would a black screen shot help you and knowing when the problem started was when I contacted you.
i did say that your customer service people told me other users were experiencing the same problem which obviously
indicates there was a problem at your end with the champions league event, I’m sure you already knew there was a problem with it
anyway, fortunately it’s been resolved so let’s hope that from now on there are no more glitches (I won’t hold my breath) thanks Trev.
