The Redeem Code

At the livestream a code was released "ULTIMATEXI" i tried to redeem it instantly when it was released and it told me to wait 10-20 minutes due to the traffic and now if i try to redeem it it "the offer is limited to one redemtion code per player" and i didnt redeem the code nor did i get rewards ingame
