Chat Support Not Working to Help Link Account

I have a device with an falsely created guest/under-age account, and when I try to chat with support in-app, the AI bot sends me into an infinite loop with a link to an article that tells me to chat with customer support.

When I tap "It didn't solve my problem", the chat is starts to ask for the same problem statement and returns the same article. 

I never get to speak with a technical supporter and have not been able to link the account for several months :(
