Cheating or technical issue in league?

I have joined a league named "FC Blusters". I have been the top ranked contributor of that league.

"Current Player Contribution Ranking" is 1 and "Season Reward for Current Rank" shows more than 100,000 league tokens.

But yesterday (4th Feb), I was removed from the league, so I re-applied to join the same league. When I joined, "Current Player Contribution Ranking" is now 78 and "Season Reward for Current Rank" is 0 league tokens.

Is this a blatant cheating by the league admin to remove me just one day before league season ends? or is this a technical issue?

What will happen to all the league tokens I earned during this time?
