Cheating/ModMenu

I was unaware where else to place this thread so i hope i can atleast get some answers.

I found sites that are giving out FC Mobile Mod Menu for free,that mod consists of 4 hacks : [Removed - EA_Barry]...so 3000+ people that are using that mod.

I don't know how to report this properly so it gets noticed as it should be and not just brushed under the carpet while players can't even play properly for months now.

    But i can't report a site/link on there.

    I want to report a link the site gives out for people so it can get removed for copyright or similar.

    If possible,if i am missing something,can you give me the exact link i can do this type of report in?
