Club is permanently locked

i have completed full kick off tasks and reinstalled the game again but still i can’t access the club it is locked for me and this is my UID- <removed>

    Hi! Thanks for joining our forums. Could you try restarting the game completely and then check your account again to see if the club is still locked?

    Please let us know if the issue persists after that.
