I tried the new redeem code and due the fact that many people were using it, it to tell me try later so then I tried later and it said a player is allocated to one redeem code but I didn't even get anything cause the process failed

I have a the gullit 105 card i successful purchased it but when i claimed him he was no where tobe seen in the inventory and concern the redeem code I redeemd one which is SAMBA but didn't receive the reward in my inbox and the remaining BRASILSILSIL when I tried to redeem it it says I have already redeemed it but I haven't redeem it yeat please help me especially for the gullit card since he is very expensive and that is a big loss to me
