Connection issue

I am writing this with a very heavy heart. I have been a loyal and dedicated player of this game since the early FIFA Mobile days, investing years into building my team. Lately, the game has become unplayable for me, and it is honestly heartbreaking.

I moved from Bangladesh to Portugal last year. Despite having a top-tier setup, I am facing constant lag and stuttering.

• Internet: 5G Connection (Speed: 200-300 Mbps)

Even with this setup, the lag persists. What hurts most is the emotional toll. When the game stutters because of your servers, my opponents mock me and spam toxic emotes while I stand helpless. It is incredibly frustrating to be treated this way because of a problem I cannot control.

I suspect it’s a server-related issue since my relocation. Please check if my account is on the correct server or optimize my connection. As one of your oldest players, I am begging you to look into this. I love this game and don’t want to be forced to quit. Everything is perfect on my side; please fix this from yours. I am waiting for your help and a fix.
