Daily login rewards - Streak

My streak rewards are stuck at 3 days. When I delete the app to clear the cache and reload, same issue. If I start a new account, streak shows as a possible 18 day reward, but when playing my account, only shows 3 days and I can get this to change. I’m missing out on a lot of game rewards  as result of this. Image attached for reference showing the max 3 day streak rewards of 500 gems.
