Didnt getting ticket

Already pass 3 days sinceee i didnt get this **bleep** scouting ticket fix this bug or whf is it are and also regarding gameee i have problem my players like stupid runnning even goalkeeper so fix program otherwise i have to delete this game and also same like will do same they are not stupits fix this problems im manager mode and also in atack and h2h its a **bleep** shame thanks i am very upset and very angry with this stupid program i also invest in gameee but i will do not anymore bcs of this **bleep** lags and bugs...when i play also h2h  my players are like zombies and loosing with 102 101 its shame my ovr is 112 its a shame big i hit 10 times in enemys goalkeeper taking alll my **bleep** goalkeeeper only 1 hit and that it done i am loosing and they have 100 ovr my goalkeeeper is 12 speacialy buffon fix this bug as soon **bleep** posible otherwise  i have 1 choise yo daleete this stupid game and everyone will do it also people already sick bcs of this...
