"I am writing to report persistent connection issues in FC Mobile. I am a long-time player, and I have previously played this game on higher-end devices, where I already faced these same connection problems. Currently, I am playing on an Infinix SMART 8, and the issue persists despite my stable internet connection and sufficient memory usage (30-40%).
To resolve this, I have already performed a 'Clean Install' by completely uninstalling the game, clearing all cache files, and reinstalling the latest version from the app store, but the problem remains. Furthermore, many of my friends who play this game on much higher-end devices are also experiencing these same frequent disconnections. These issues are causing us to lose ranks unfairly and are significantly impacting our gameplay experience. Please investigate the server synchronization issues for our accounts and provide a solution as soon as possible."
