Yesterday 28 jan 2026 my ranks were at fc champion at vsa and hth
But today 29 jan 2026 all my ranks reset to amateur 3
My progress also.lost

Amatuer 3 … sounds like you might have started a new account on the device at some stage and have overwritten your main account 🤷♀️
If not, contact customer support via the in game settings menu and ask them to check your account logs
has anything else changed, or just your rivals rankings?
