@EA_Illium My device is an IPhone , however I tried everything , Restarting the game , re installing and the issue still persists

2 years agowould it be possible to get the following bits of information?
- Player ID:
- Device (make/model):
- Are you playing on Cell Data or Wifi?
- Have you tried another device?
- Do you get any error messages?
