Lost 115+ OVR Guest Account - Support Case #243734215

Hi,

I lost my OVR 115+ account (Name: Qais) due to a sync error on April 28th. I had legendary players like Icon Pele, Icon Drogba, and TOTS Yamal.

Live support (Case #243734215) refused to help or escalate to a supervisor. I am a loyal player and I just want my progress back or fair compensation on my new UID (1101089375635316736).

Can a Community Manager please look into my device logs and help me? I don't want to lose my investment in the game
