Lost 115+ OVR Guest Account - Support Case #243734215

Hi,

I lost my OVR 115+ account (Name: Qais) due to a sync error on April 28th. I had legendary players like Icon Pele, Icon Drogba, and TOTS Yamal.

Live support (Case #243734215) refused to help or escalate to a supervisor. I am a loyal player and I just want my progress back or fair compensation on my new UID (removed).

Can a Community Manager please look into my device logs and help me? I don't want to lose my investment in the game

  • Hi, sorry to hear about your lost account. If this was a guest account, its progress is only stored locally on the device, so unfortunately, it may not be possible to restore it if that data was lost or overwritten.

    We can’t review device logs or recover guest account progress on forums. Support would be the best team to confirm whether any recovery options are available.

    Thank you for the reply, EA_Pulsar, but I must clarify that I have already tried the standard support route multiple times. The previous agents failed to address the technical synchronization error that caused this loss.

    I am now following up on Case #244130419. Since you’ve pointed me back to the support team, I expect this case to be handled by a Senior Advisor who has the authority to perform a Manual Grant/Recovery.

    As a loyal player, I cannot accept the 'loss of data' excuse when the error originated from the game’s own sync system. I am not just asking for a few players; I am demanding the restoration of my full account progress and the 'Account Luck' (High-rated players) I’ve built over time.

    I am waiting for a fair resolution before I take further steps to share this poor experience with the wider community. Please ensure this case is reviewed with the seriousness it deserves.

    I understand this is frustrating, but we can’t review device logs, restore guest accounts, request manual grants, or escalate support cases through the forums.

    Guest progress is stored locally on the device, so if it was lost or overwritten and not linked to an account, recovery may not be possible. Please continue with EA Help on your active case, as they’re the only team able to review recovery options.

    Please also avoid sharing UID or personal account details publicly.
