EA FC pack opening luck issue

Dear EA, 

I may be wrong, but I am reporting this issue so that you can look into it. 

I think that the pack opening have some bug/issue where the luck always favour some accounts. 

Example - I have never got a good card in my entire plying span since I started playing the game. When there were 101 ovr players in the market , I always used to get 98 rated cards in the pack opening. Even if I purchase pack by in-game purchases it's the same case. 

When I open pack with 103 OVR players , I got the highest one as 100. I have never got a top rated card (I have probably opened 60-70) pack till now. 

From market pick as well , the highest I have got is 99.

On the other hand few of my friends always get top rated cards like 101, 102, 103 constantly even when it's probability is less that 1% . From market pick as well they always get the top rated cards .

I really think that there is a issue with the pack opening with some accounts , because if the probability works , I should have atleast got a top rated card once.
