Eafc mobile scammed me of 15k gems !

I bought 15k gem festive fixtures box b pack in EAFC MOBILE, which was supposed to give me 2 booster packs one containing 113-115 ovr player card. I opened the first pack which usually contains few bronze-silver player cards and then... Never received the actual 15k gem pack! Eafc mobile should know it is difficult to grind 15k gems. I want my reward ASAP
