Error 1000

Hi everyone,

I've been dealing with Error 1000 in FC Mobile for a full week now, and I still can't access my account.

I've already contacted several EA support agents, and they all said the issue would be resolved soon — but nothing has changed so far.

I've tried every possible troubleshooting step, including:

Clearing cache and data

Reinstalling the game

Switching networks and devices

Logging out and back in

Restarting the phone
But the error still persists.


If anyone has experienced this and managed to fix it, please let me know how. I'd really appreciate any help. 🙏

    Hi,

    It's now been eight days and I still can't access my account due to Error 1000.

    I've contacted multiple EA support agents, and every single one of them told me the issue would be fixed soon, but that was not true — nothing has been resolved.

    EA has not helped me at all. I've followed all the instructions and tried every possible fix, but I'm still stuck.

    Please, I need real help, not false promises.
