I am playing FC Mobile on this exact IPad I am typing on now, with a account, and I have not tried the steps yet

hi EA_Pulsar I'm playing on a linked account. this account is linked to my EA account, Facebook account and Google play accounts. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps including uninstalling and reinstalling, playing on a guest account and then linking my accounts back. The guest account plays without any issues but the error message is back as soon as I link any of my accounts to restore my progress
