Error 10000

When I log in , it says error 10000, get a stable wi-if etc… etc…

Hello, since yesterday i have been trying to log into FC mobile 25 on my iphone but is giving me error # 10000 and its saying to check my network connection. As i dont have any trouble with my network connection can you please check and let me know what could be the problem?
im attaching screen shot so you may see the error.
