I have been facing this issue from last 2 months,
That when i play h2h matches my ping starts fluctuating and some time its crashes and some time i got disconnected before the match even start. I have check my network too and its working properly during crashing and disconnections most of the time, even i have tried on different devices too but their also i hve got this same issue.
Community ManagerHey pwfeij132rlm. Would you say this issue happens more often when you’re playing on Wi-Fi or on mobile data? If you’re using mobile data, are you able to test it on both 4G and 5G to see whether that makes any difference?

This happens to me as well. It feels as if the internet speeds are inadequate. I tried this is 4G, 5G and wifi as well, and all the while the ping fluctuates and the game is awful. I reinstalled the application, but issue happens to be there. I now stopped playing the game and installed efootball. It performs wonderfully. Btw, mine is an iPhone 14 (if that helps).
