upoic9oidogl I'm not even playing on any backup account or anything. it's been over a week and I've missed the whole bundesliga chapter and 2.5 days of the Serie A chapter already. I doubt it, but I hope there's a sort of compensation or something. If this goes on for any longer, I might actually quit the game completely.

so the Community Managers can see my comments to edit but they chose to not reply???

The issue is with my account and not the device or Internet connection. I created a new EA account to test it out and the new account worked perfectly. The error messages started showing up immediately I connected my original account.
A guest account worked too. and I tried to login on another device and got the same error with my original account also. the issue is strictly with my account.
I've tried to login with my Facebook and Google play accounts too, but I get the same error 1000 message.
I haven't been able to play for almost 2 weeks now, I've lost so much progress, missed the entire Bundesliga chapter of the TOTS and I'm currently missing out on the Serie A chapter too.

I've forwarded all the details to the game teams, but at this stage I still don't have any new information to share.
I'll let you know once I know more.

My ea mobile isn’t working on my ipad. It says that I’m online when I check off my phone. My iPad says unknown error[10000] it says my user id is [removed]
