No sign in options....

I am regular user on fc mobile but yesterday, I deleted the game and I redownloaded it but since then, whenever the game data downloads and the login screen comes, there is only 'Guest' login option. Usually, It should be like Google, facebook, EA account login and then guest account. But, it is only 'guest' login 

Please solve this Bug/issue or provide a better version link of fc mobile to download it.
