Error code 1000

It tells me to join from a different net connection, but when I do change the connection from data to wifi or vice versa it still shows me that error while logging in through Google play account. Wh...

Are your Wifi and mobile network from the same internet provider? Are you able to test it using a different network?

    I have the same issue, I've tried different internet providers and different devices. the error occurs when I try to login with my EA account, Facebook account or Google play account. the game logs in when I'm on a guest account
