Extra Time: Trivia Rewards (undelivered)

For the last four sessions of Extra Time; Trivia I’ve gotten questions answered correctly and should have been rewarded 24,000 gems in total. However, not one gem from these rewards have been sent to my inbox or added to my account. 

I have tried closing the app and reopening, restarting my phone, disconnecting the WiFi, reconnecting the WiFi, using my mobile data, ensuring the network and server are running, yet I have had no rewards sent to me. This is a disgrace. Seeing as in the past 6 months I’ve spent a lot of money on this app.
