The problem
Hello, I have a problem in FC Mobile.
My players have not arrived for over 24 hours.
They are Level 30 players from FCSB.
Can you please check if there is a server issue or a problem with my account?

A bit more details is needed. You bought some players on the market and can not claim them? Or you used some unlicenced thing to get some players for fc mobile? Pictures would be nice to understand
