Failed Purchase Error

I want a refund for this because I bought a pack called "FC Offer 10" and annoyingly it said it was a failed purchase WHEN IT CHARGED ME ON MY PAYMENT METHOD. Yet I didn't receive anything?

    I bought something for a tenner today and never got it but apparently it can take 24hrs to come through so you might have to wait, but as someone else said contact the support team on the the game if you don't get it. No doubt I'm gonna have to because the games turned s..t since the new one came out!!

    @v9lfdihcy94x Everything that i have bought has been saying the same thing, and the customer service take so long to respond, idk if this is because my inbox is locked, but i hope i get my stuff soon.
