Error logging into the game
When I log into fc mobile I get error 0x00000001. I have already tried many options to solve this problem.

Clear games cache and restart device
if that doesn’t work, try logging in on another device
if that doesn’t work, contact ea help website and tell them you have an account issue and that you have tried multiple devices
Mi managed to log into the game on another device, but on my main device i can't even log into my account because i have an error 0x00000001
Ok - so suggests that there is an issue with the first device - now that you are safely logged in on the second device, delete and reinstall your game on the first device and see if that helps.
if not, then maybe do some device maintenance - free up some space etc - and give it another crack
