FC 24 Mobile account lost

So my son accidentally uninstalled this game on his mobile after spending hours playing on it and a silly amount of money. As he is at an age where he is unable to link it to an account, customer services has said there is absolutely nothing they can do and if I want to make a complaint to post feedback on here. 

Not sure how this helps me or my son get his account back. There should be no option within guest accounts to make in-app purchases if accounts cannot be recovered. EA should be ashamed of themselves, a company like this should have a fail safe, what's the point in having user ID's if they can't do anything!
