The app freezes after a game , Also the hero cronicle is crashing

Firstly the hero cronicle is crashing.The game takes too much loding even when I have good internet connection. After a  the screen goes dull and it starts showing the ground it gets stuck there eventually I have to restart the game it happens very frequently. It  makes my experience bad . Can I get it  fixed
