Fc lessons: Advanced is not progressing!!

In my ea fc mobile account, fc: advanced is not progressing. It is stuck at log in for two days, but I am coming online since 82 days and there's still no progress. And also there's no achievement quests in my account, which includes a lot of fc coins, gems and other rewards but there's no sign of it. I have already reached 110 ovr and lengendary II in h2h and world class I in vsa , because of which my lots of rewards are stuck. Please EA look into this problem, I am requesting you.
