Subject: FC Mobile – Missing Frame Rate Options & Haptic/Vibration Issue on My Device

Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing multiple issues with FC Mobile on my device.

Device: Walton XANON X20

Android: Android 13

1. Frame Rate option limitation

My device does not get the higher Frame Rate options in FC Mobile. However, I have seen lower-spec/older devices that are able to use higher frame-rate settings.

This seems inconsistent because my device has a 120Hz display, yet FC Mobile only provides limited Frame Rate options. Please check whether my device has been incorrectly restricted or not properly recognized by the game.

2. Haptic/Vibration issue

Another problem is that the Haptic/Vibration option is missing from my FC Mobile settings. Other players have this option, but it does not appear on my device.

At the same time, my phone still vibrates during certain in-game events, such as scoring a goal or during commentary, and I cannot disable this vibration from the game because there is no Haptic option available.

I have already checked my phone's Vibration & Haptics settings, but the issue still occurs.

Please check whether my device is being incorrectly classified by FC Mobile and whether these restrictions are caused by a device compatibility/profile issue or a bug.

I would appreciate it if you could enable the appropriate Frame Rate and Haptic options for my device, if supported.
