FC Mobile - Shop "Purchase Failed"

It's been 3 days and i'm still getting the store error when buying FC: Can anyone please tell me what is this error and its solution.

I can't make a purchase in the in-game store with real money. For example, I want to buy best seller. Every time I see a message on the picture. Android

    I have exactly the same problem. Purchase bug occurs on every pack or Item available. Even re-install of the game didn't help.
    I'm using Sony Xperia 5 II @ android 12.

    U mnie pomogła zmiana języka w ustawieniach telefonu na angielski (Stany Zjednoczone). Po tej zmianie można robić zakupy w aplikacji. Co prawda, kiedy znów włączyłem język polski problem powrócił więc to mało wygodne rozwiązanie na dłuższą metę...
