I also have the same issue with for ios. It just has this login failed "0x00...1" error. I have also tried everything on the troubleshooting guide. It's definitely not the wifi because I use the same one for android and there are no issues logging in. It seems I can't even get to the 'log in' page as this error pops up right after in-game downloads.
