Just following up on this issue — it has now been 9 days without any official response.
Since EA Help has already confirmed that the problem is not hardware-related and appears to be a Play Store device-compatibility regression introduced after Update 26, this really needs review from the team that manages the Play Console device filters.
Several users on the same Lenovo Tab M11 model are affected.
Could this be acknowledged or forwarded for investigation?
