I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with how my situation has been handled.
My FC Mobile account was accessed by someone without my permission. That person used my account in a way that violated the rules, and as a result my account was banned, even though I was not the one responsible. I immediately submitted an appeal explaining that my account was compromised.
So far, I’ve either been ignored or received automated responses with no real explanation. There has been no clear review, no request for clarification, and no acknowledgment that unauthorized access may have occurred.
I understand EA has rules, but it feels unfair to permanently punish players who are victims of hacking with no meaningful investigation or communication. I’ve always played fairly and followed the Terms of Service.
I’m posting here because I’m out of options and just want my case to be properly reviewed by a real person, not dismissed without consideration.
If anyone from EA can look into this, or if other players have experienced something similar, I’d appreciate hearing from you.
