My issue began on 16 December 2025 at around 10:20 AM IST, when my FC Mobile account was suddenly suspended while I was actively playing and had just progressed to FC Champion. Since then, I have been unable to access my account, even though the game logs in successfully but blocks all gameplay and redemptions. I immediately raised Case ID 232528952, followed all troubleshooting steps suggested (cache clear, restart, reinstall), and submitted all required details. However, even after 48+ hours, the suspension remains active. What concerns me most is that my EA Penalty History shows “No history,” which suggests no active violations, yet my account is still restricted. I have also noticed that several other users who faced similar suspensions around the same time have already had their bans lifted. With the new season and events now live, I am missing important rewards despite having invested significant time and effort into this account. I respectfully request a quick and thorough manual review to clarify the discrepancy and restore access if no violation is found.
