I made an ea account logged on into fc mobile with my I pad when I try logging in my phone it says birth date you have given and birthdate in the account is different but when I checked the birthdate...

How do I log in then to connect the customer service via the in game settings menu then?? Since my birthdates are not accurate and it won't let me log into the game
