Fc mobile crashing

Hi I am having constant crashing issues on my Mobile. When I log in and pick a game the screen goes black. This happens every time. Help please. I have reinstalled a few times and cleared my cache. ...

Hi

I have tried everything but still crashing resulting in forfeited games when started. Constant pain.

Hi @rbb2448, To confirm do this happen in a specific mode? Or when launching the app?

    Hi

    Usually when I start a game .  Had very  occasionally failed to load

      Thanks for trying those steps, would it be possible to try your device on another network or your account on another device to see if this continues?

        Thanks for your reply. Sorry I haven't access to another device or network. Has been a little better recently but occured s few times tonight whilst playing a game
