FC mobile game DOB different
Hi,
My DOB is different on my FC mobile to my EA account. I can’t log in to my mobile account to change it as it won’t allow me to.
Been trying for two days please help. Have asked customer service but no further ahead!

The DOB can be updated with the support team's help. You mentioned you've already reached out to them?
Did you connect with the by starting the ticket from in-game, and sharing your User ID. They may also need to verify your age, but once they can confirm you're not a minor/underage, they'll assist you with the DOB update.
