I am writing to sincerely apologize regarding the suspension of my FC Mobile account.
As soon as I noticed that my account was suspended, I immediately removed and completely deleted the cheat from my device. I fully understand that using any third-party software is strictly against EA’s rules, and I truly regret my mistake.
This was my first and only mistake. I have never used cheats before, and I promise that I will never do it again. My account and the time I invested in this game are very important to me.
I kindly ask you to review my case once again. I respectfully accept any warning or temporary penalty if necessary. I only ask for a second chance.
