Re: FC Mobile shows "device not compatible" after reinstall

Hello EA team,

I am unable to install EA SPORTS FC Mobile from Google Play because it says: “This app isn’t compatible with your device. Contact the developer for more information.”

My device details are:

Device: Samsung Galaxy A06 (SM-A065F)

RAM: 6 GB

Android: 16

One UI: 8.0

Processor: MediaTek Helio G85

GPU: Mali-G52 MC2

Could you please check whether the Galaxy A06 is officially supported? If it is supported, please investigate why Google Play is showing my device as incompatible.

I would really appreciate it if EA could add/fix compatibility for the Galaxy A06 if this is a mistake.

    Hi the best game in the world please don't disappoint me with the upcoming update of the fc mobile

    I have been playing this game for more than 2 years I lost my previous account though can you guys please make a change so that A06 can download fc mobile also cause is kind of heartbroken 

    I wish you all see this message please for that for us and why will the game enable to run a04 but not on a06 please make adjustments
