TOO MANY BUGS

Hi EA Team,

I am writing to report two distinct bugs that are severely disrupting my gameplay experience:

1. When I play H2H, the game disconnects often, showing Pomegranate Error.

2. I have not received league rewards for 2 consecutive weeks, leading to a loss of over 19k gems. Reading other discussions, it seems these problems are facing others as well. 19k gems is nearly 7 draft vouchers, which is a lot.

Please resolve this at the earliest possible. Also, is some form of compensation possible for those who have also faced this issue, as it is a deficit of 19k gems? 2 major bugs in 1 week is a lot. Please compensate us and fix the bug. This is making the game very hard to play.

Hoping for prompt assistance and compensation.

    Also, a previous glitch from a few months ago. The World's Game exchanges. Those who missed the small extra window for exchanges shut lost out on lots of players. Now all have 1222mbappes in their team. Those who missed it lost out on loads of good players
